　　Working process of automatic unpacking machine:

　　将产品装箱后经输送链送入开箱机，并递交给输箱机构，由夹箱皮带夹住纸箱的两侧面，向前运动。前短舌经压舌架自动弯曲，后短舌在纸箱进入开箱机托辊时，有一检测讯号(光电讯号)通知打舌气缸动作，由打舌架将其折弯，同时有一讯号通知熔胶机自动喷胶。

　　先将扁平的纸箱放在储料槽上（可储存100个纸箱），通过吸盘将纸箱从料槽中吸出，在吸取拉出的同时将纸箱成型，再折前后及左右盖，后完成胶带封底。整个动作为自动完成，采用触摸显示屏控制。设有缺料提前报警，无料自动停机的安全装置。大大方便操作、管理、减少生产人员和劳动强度，是自动化规模生产必不可少的设备。

　　Working principle of automatic labeling machine:

　　自动贴标机工作时先将物品置在传送带上以一个不变的速度向贴标机进给。机械上的固定装置将物品之间分开一个固定的距离，并推动物品沿传送带的方向前进贴标机的机械系统包括一个驱动轮，一个贴标轮，和一个卷轴。

　　When the automatic labeling machine works, the article is placed on the conveyor belt and fed to the labeling machine at a constant speed. The mechanical system of the labeling machine consists of a driving wheel, a labeling wheel, and a reel.

　　驱动轮间歇性地拖动标签带运动，标签带从卷轴中被拉出，同时经过贴标轮贴标轮会将标签带压在物品上。
